SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Orders will ship within 3-5 business days of the time the order is processed. In the event that there is an unexpected delay, the customer will be notified via email of the new shipping arrangements.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return requests must be submitted HERE.
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the time of delivery for any of the following reasons:
1. The product does not fit correctly and is in new condition.
2. The product does not match what is represented in the image or description.
3. The product is determined to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
For eligible returns, the customer will be sent a shipping label to return the product(s). Upon receiving the items, the customer will be refunded for the item(s) purchased. Please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to be credited to your bank.
Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of $10.
